Dr. Fatima Ali, MD
Pulmonary/Critical Care
Dr. Fatima Ali graduated from Rutgers University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science, BS in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. She earned her Doctor’s Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic in 2016. In 2019, Dr. Ali completed an Internal Medicine Residency from Kennedy University Hospitals. In 2022 she completed a fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and then completed an Interventional Pulmonary fellowship at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in 2023.
Munaf Siyamwala, MD, MBBS
Pulmonary/Critical Care
Dr. Siyamwala earned a Medical Degree from B.J. Medical College Ahmedabad. In 2010, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at St. Louis University in 2011. In 2017, Dr. Siyamwala completed a fellowship in pulmonary disease. Dr. Siyamwala has been with P&C Healthcare since September 2023.
Dr. Naima Farah, MD
Pulmonary
Dr. Farah received her undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After residency and a chief resident year in internal medicine at Meharry Medical College, Dr. Farah completed her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Virginia.
Anam Rahim, NP
Pulmonary
Anam Rahim graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017. She worked five years as a RN prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Endocrinology Providers
Nikoloz Chitaia, MD
Endocrinology
Dr. Chitaia is the co-founder and CEO of P&C Healthcare and P&C Consultants. He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University and AIETI Medical School. He did an Internal Medicine Residency at Emory University. After completing fellowship training in Endocrinology at the University of Florida, Dr. Chitaia practiced as an Endocrinologist in Puyallup, Washington. In 2009 he joined HCA Centerpoint Physicians Group as a consulting Endocrinologist and Hospitalist. Dr. Chitaia has provided telemedicine services since 2016.
Heather Begemann, NP
Endocrinology
Heather Begemann is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She attended the University of Central Missouri BSN program graduating in 2009 and the MSN program in 2012. Heather joined P&C Healthcare in 2018 where she serves as the lead hospitalist nurse practitioner. Heather completed her post masters in Endocrinology at Duke University in 2023.
